Our commitment to Sustainability and Climate Action at COP28

Wellington College in the UK (TWC) and Wellington College International (WCI) as a prestigious network of family of schools, actively participated in COP28, contributing to discussions, initiatives, and collaborations centred around education and climate. The TWC and WCI commitment to sustainability and climate action was prominently showcased during the conference, resulting in several noteworthy contributions to this international climate talks.

Keira Salata, Sustainability and Climate Ambassador for TWC and WCI met H.E Dr. Amna Al Dahak Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Care and Capacity Building Sector at the Ministry of Education of UAE and a representative of the Presidency of the COP27, H.E Mariam Almheri, UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment.
